Getting new health and wellbeing experiences out onto your community’s phones, tablets and laptops is easy. All the tech happens our end. All you have to do is to share a unique link and people can get started, and keep returning throughout the year.
We can also help you with marketing and engagement to get the word out. Or if your programme needs to be embedded within existing care pathways we can support you with that too.
Dive in
When someone signs up to a programme we start with a simple online questionnaire that asks about their behaviours and habits. That allows us to tailor their Do experience precisely for them. If they’re on a work programme, the questions might be about their habits in the office. If they’re on a health programme, we might ask about their exercising or eating habits. They should just answer as honestly as they can.
Start Do-ing
Then we’ll start sending their Do’s – small powerful actions – by SMS text and/or email. Each one is designed to tempt the individual outside their comfort zone and to try out new behaviours. Unlike almost every other kind of ‘training’ or ‘course’, we don’t ask them to think or learn. We want them to DO. We believe that it’s only by doing that you can bring about real change.
Love sharing
Each Do is a small, manageable thing that can be done in an ordinary day. But change is never easy. That’s why we give them their very own Do Zone, that connects them with other people on their programme. So they can see what they did. Tell them what they’ve done. Upload photos. Share experiences. Enjoy being part of a movement.
Feel the Change
At the end of their programme, we’ll invite them to fill in another simple questionnaire. That will show them what’s changed. It’s great to see the progress they’ve made. By now they’ll have seen the wonderful things that can happen when you do something different.
