Flex Clubs

Flex Clubs bring people together.

Every one of us has the power to change but it’s not always easy. Even when we’re motivated, our reptile brain has a habit of keeping us as we are.

Changing with others; colleagues, neighbours or people with similar goals or challenges makes the process of change somewhat easier.

If you want to help a particular group of people move towards a life done differently, you might be interested in setting up your own Flex Club. As Club Manager, you’ll select goals suitable for your members and provide free access via the Flex app.
