Researchers wanting to understand the impact behavioural activation can have on the mind and body holistically and/or a specific area of interest. To be used as part of a researcher’s own discreet research study. Results to be shared with Do Something Different.

What’s your focus?

Whether your focus is as broad as wellbeing or you have a more specific goal in mind, Flex can help you to help your people take small steps towards their goal(s). 

  • Design Membership What does your organisation or group need to achieve? What needs to change? We’ll design a goal for you and your people to use on Flex and make change happen. In the past, we have designed goals for organisations focused on agility, growth mindset, smoking cessation, innovation, personal finance, weight loss, type 2 diabetes, diversity, unconscious bias, leadership, embracing digital, emotional intelligence and more.
  • Club Membership includes these goals. Use our pre-created goals to help change happen.
  • Research Membership has been used to study musculoskeletal health, perceived stress, weight loss, depression, anxiety, happiness, life meaning, mild-cognitive impairment, healthy eating, life satisfaction, significant relationships, physical health, exercise and more. 

Running a club

Flex Clubs are run by club managers. They choose the goals, recruit members and help develop their own thriving network of Flex users.
