You’ll get Do’s that target where, when and how you smoke. And Do’s that help you to develop new healthy behaviours too.

personal Do's
We’ll set a quit date for you 2 weeks from the start. Then we’ll start sending you Do’s – small powerful actions – by SMS text and/or email. Before your quit date, each Do is designed to help you to disrupt your smoking habits and make preparations to stop. After your quit date, we’ll support you with Disrupters to fight any cravings. And you’ll get Do’s that will target different habits designed to help to stop you slipping back into your old ways.

Never look back.
At the end of your programme, we’ll invite you to fill in another simple questionnaire. Of course we’ll ask you whether you have stopped smoking for good. But we’ll also show you what else has changed. It’s great to see the progress you’ve made. And you’ll be able to keep going to enjoy a richer, more fulfilling life from now on.
